His career spans leadership roles as Head Pastry Chef and Head of Kitchen at celebrated restaurants including Gaytán (1 Michelin Star, Madrid), Aleia (1 Michelin Star), and Besta in Barcelona.

His unique dual mastery of both savory cuisine and pastry arts allows him to craft complete tasting experiences where every course—from the first aperitif to the final dessert—tells a cohesive story.

Rooted in Catalan and Mediterranean traditions yet inspired by avant-garde techniques, Ricardo's cooking celebrates seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and artistic presentation.
